Over the past several months I have had the honor of working with Kathy on finding a property for my parents. Because of their financial situation they are looking for lower end properties and have found that most things in their price point are short sales. Anyone who has ever dealt with a short sale knows that the process can be long and grueling.
In my parent’s case, that is an understatement. Their situation involves actions that appear to mock the ethical code of conduct to which every real estate agent vows to adhere.Kathy has stepped up her game to fight both for my parents and the property and for what is the “right” thing. She has spent countless hours researching where the property is at within the short sale process and speaking with the brokers on both sides to make sure that my parents and their offer are properly represented. She has reminded all parties involved of their moral responsibility to the seller and has fought to have my parent’s offer acknowledged for its strength over the other offer.
It is clear to me that Kathy really loves what she does and that she takes her responsibility to her clients very seriously. She does not give up when the transaction becomes difficult and clouded with technicalities. Kathy has raised the bar for the profession as a whole.
Both I and my parents are grateful for all that Kathy has done for us thus far and we know that she will continue to fight for us and for what is right. We highly recommend Kathy to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home.
Sincerely,

Please accept this letter as a heartfelt testimonial on behalf of our friend and associate, Ms. Kathy Ahlin.
Kathy and I have had the pleasure of working together on many successful transactions. Her commitment to providing her clients with “world class service” is second to none. She is willing to work 7 days a week, and is willing to meet her clients from sun up, to long after sundown. She always goes the extra mile. Her patience and caring support are unparalleled. Whether she’s working with a nervous first time buyer, a seasoned investment buyer, or a distressed home seller who is approaching a Short Sale or Foreclosure, she is tireless in support of her clients. Her positive demeanor and continuous support are both calming and reassuring to her clients. Regardless of the challenges that arise during a purchase or sale, she meets them all with grace and professionalism. I am proud to count her as one of my strategic business partners.
Sincerely,

It is hard to express in words the true commitment, loyalty, and service you provide each and everyone of your clients. In meeting you through BNI and working with you as business partners, it was clear that you, above all else, valued your clients and the one-of-a-kind service you provide; however, this became most evident as I became a client myself.
The first time buying process, regardless of what profession one is in, can be a very exciting, yet emotional process. You, after an upward of 50 listings, remained patient, resourceful, confident, and beyond helpful! You were always immediately responsive to researching a new house’s potential, always making great recommendations along the way as to whether or not to proceed, which one could not have done without truly knowing me, my needs, and comfort levels. Even if it meant changing your schedule to go see a listing for the 3rd time before making a decision as to make an offer, you were always happy, ready, and willing.
Kathy, you are an amazing realtor; one who is truly educated, passionate, and dedicated. I could not imagine going through the process with any other realtor. You made a world of difference in my home buying process and I would refer you, without hesitation, to friends and family, buyers and sellers!
